Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship artworks to most destinations in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America within fourteen working days (two weeks) from dispatch.
If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email to email@example.com. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any inquiries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Damages to Artwork (which is caused by post/mail services)
Please carefully unpack the parcel to check your purchased artwork(s). In case of damages caused by post service (DHL/UPS), please keep all the packaging and send us a notify to email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your notification of the accident, we will send the instruction to return the artwork to our address. We guarantee to restore the artwork and cover the shipping at no additional cost.
If you would like to exchange for another artwork, we will accept the exchange of new artwork(s) of equivalent price(s) in this case.
Please kindly noted that if the artwork is damaged because of other faults, we can't accept free return & exchange. It would be subject to additional fee(s) to restore the artwork and you will need to cover international shipping cost.
7-DAY REFUND POLICY
Please unpack the parcel carefully and retain all packaging materials. You will not get a refund if the return artwork is damaged due to improper packaging.
From the time you receive your purchased artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
Amount of Refund will be deducted for the international shipping cost (two times of shipping).
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
After we receive the return artwork in its original condition without any damages, we will refund to the same account, in same currency, which you make a purchase with us.
